RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:
EliteFm is responsible for the processing of your personal data, by automated means or not, from its collection, organization, and conservation, to its elimination. EliteFm knows and complies with the rules laid down for the processing of personal data, which are currently provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
GOAL
Your data will not be passed on to others, nor will it be used for purposes other than those for which you have given us your consent.
Note that the communication of your personal data that you are carrying out to EliteFm is not mandatory by law or for any other reason. Thus, you are not obliged to provide us with your data, but, if you do not, the consequence will be not to receive marketing of products and services marketed by EliteFm.
Also, EliteFm, an entity to which consent is given for data processing or data sharing, may contract service providers to carry out tasks for which consent has been given. Such service providers act as subcontractors, which are obliged to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the privacy and security of your personal data. Updates may be shared between these entities.
DATA STORAGE TERM
Your data will be kept for 2 years from the granting of this consent or, if you have entered into a purchase or service provision contract with us, for 5 years from the granting of this consent, or for a longer period if required by law.
THE RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, DELETION, LIMITATION OF TREATMENT, OPPOSING TREATMENT, REQUEST PORTABILITY OF YOUR DATA:
You have the right, whenever you want and free of charge, to ask EliteFm to:
- access the data you have provided
- rectification of your data
- request the erasure of your data
- request the limitation of the processing of your data
- object to the processing of your data
- request the portability of your data to the entity indicated by you.
You may exercise these rights by sending an email to geral@EliteFm or aq letter to Rua Jardim do Tabaco, Nº104, 1ºAndar, 1100-288 LISBOA.
Note, however, that if there is a legally imposed rule or obligation that overrides these rights, EliteFm will respond to the impossibility of executing the request, indicating the respective grounds.
THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
If you consider that your data is not being processed following applicable legislation, namely European and national, we remind you that you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g.: National Data Protection Commission; please see https://www.cnpd.pt/bin/duvidas/queixas_frm.aspx) ).
